Now that you’re under contract, We will be in constant communication with the buyer’s agent, attorneys, and lender to make sure every important milestone and deadline is met along the way. VERIFY and monitor all initial deposits, and secure/deliver all documents in a timely manner.

We’ve made it to the finishing line. You’ll meet with your attorney at your closing meeting to wrap up all the final details. All documents will be officially recorded and we will handle handing over the keys, while you toast to a new chapter!
