Born and raised in Milford, MA, and currently residing in Framingham, MA, Dina has extensive knowledge of these areas and their surrounding towns. Dina holds over a decade of customer service experience and understands the importance of forming deep connections while listening to the wants and needs of clients.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling to Cape Cod and South Carolina with her beautiful family, José, Natasha, Aria, and their two miniature dachshunds, Jax and Benny.

When Georgi is not servicing her clients, she loves spending time at home with her husband Randy and her two children Ryley and Matthew. Georgi is an oenophile...fancy word for wine lover!! She also loves vacationing in Narragansett, RI or anywhere there is sun & sand!

Melissa's goal in real estate is to provide each of her clients with an exceptional experience from their first meeting to their closing. Born and raised in MA, she grew up in both Uxbridge and Whitinsville. During and after college, she lived in Worcester. After marrying her husband, Matt, they lived in Rutland, MA for eight years. Seven years ago, they moved back to the Blackstone Valley and currently reside in Douglas. 

When Melissa is not working with her clients, she is spending time with her husband and her three children Nicholas, Jackson, and Madeline while running around the yard with their goldendoodle, Rex. She loves visiting Newport, Nantucket and Cape Cod, has ran ten marathons, a half ironman, and enjoys fundraising for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a cause near and dear to her heart.

Dan brings over 45 years of experience to the construction and real estate industries, providing clients with knowledge, commitment, and a personalized approach. Since founding Heney Companies in 1975, he has built a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and a hands-on approach, overseeing the construction of over 350 homes and countless remodeling projects in Central Massachusetts. 

Dan is a member of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® as well as a Member of Central Mass Builders Association since 1978. With a deep understanding of both building and real estate ensures that every project and sale runs smoothly from start to finish. He’s actively involved in every step, from design to completion, ensuring that his clients’ needs are met with care and precision.

Dan lives in Douglas, MA, with his wonderful wife, Marilyn. Together, they’ve raised five children and are proud grandparents to eleven grandchildren. When he’s not busy building homes or helping clients find their dream properties, Dan enjoys golfing, watching his grandkids sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Watching her kids Jack (now graduated), Sydney, Charlotte, and Georgia play in sports, is one of her greatest joys. Renee and her husband, Brian, also love spending summers in Maine and Martha’s Vineyard, with trips to the beach being a family favorite.
